Job Description:

Our client, a Health Tech company, is in search of a senior commercial leader who knows how to navigate commercial health systems. You will be responsible for building and owning revenue from the ground up, bringing together government relationships and commercial selling to drive recurring revenue across managed services and a healthcare technology platform. This role is well suited for a hands-on sales leader who has closed complex healthcare IT deals, understands government procurement, and wants direct ownership, influence, and upside within a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Revenue ownership: Build and grow a pipeline across federal and commercial healthcare clients, Close new business that drives recurring revenue through services and technology offerings, Expand relationships within major government health agencies and commercial health organizations, Maintain clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasts, and performance
  • Market and partnership development: Establish and manage teaming relationships for government opportunities, Represent the company within the healthcare and health IT ecosystem, Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions to buyer needs
  • End-to-end sales execution: Source opportunities independently through outreach, referrals, and partnerships, Lead discovery, solution positioning, proposals, and negotiations, Ensure disciplined CRM usage and contribute to improving sales processes over time

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of selling healthcare IT, managed services, or related technology solutions
  • Proven experience closing deals and owning a revenue target
  • Existing relationships within federal health agencies or large healthcare organizations
  • Strong understanding of government contracting and procurement environments
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving organization

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling healthcare software or care coordination solutions
  • Background working with small government contractors or set-aside programs
  • Proximity to major federal healthcare hubs
