We are looking for a VP Client Services (US) to lead client relationships, drive revenue retention, and ensure Digital Voices is recognized as a true strategic partner to our key US clients. This is a senior leadership role focused on building deep, trusted partnerships with top brands, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring teams, managing risk, and setting the bar for strategic excellence and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Own revenue retention and growth across key US clients, ensuring renewals and long-term success
Serve as a senior strategic partner — understanding client business goals and translating them into creative, data-driven influencer marketing strategies
Actively pitch and develop opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and innovation across accounts
Spend time in-person with key clients and ensure quarterly meetings happen across the team
Represent Digital Voices as a trusted, proactive partner that consistently delivers measurable value
Translate client ambitions into actionable strategies that drive growth, brand impact, and long-term partnership value
Act as a senior point of escalation for the Accounts team, resolving challenges quickly and confidently
Lead, coach, and inspire the US Client Services and Account teams to deliver best-in-class client experiences
Partner closely with Campaign Production, Strategy, and Client Growth to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment
Lead with a commercial mindset, ensuring all campaigns and strategies deliver measurable business results that ladder directly to client objectives and retain or scale client revenue
Foster a culture of curiosity within the team, ensuring every recommendation is grounded in data, insight, and understanding of the client’s category and consumers
Develop and mentor a high-performing team who think commercially, act strategically, and operate as true extensions of the client’s business
Collaborate with global and regional leaders to ensure consistency in client service standards and delivery quality
Conduct regular risk assessments for key accounts and proactively manage potential delivery, financial, or relationship issues
Ensure account processes are followed rigorously and client servicing consistently exceeds expectations
Oversee client health and performance tracking — defining success metrics, reviewing results, and driving continuous improvement
Champion operational efficiency and scalability through data, insights, and process optimization
Continuously evaluate performance and deliver insights that help clients evolve their strategy, exceed KPIs, and drive tangible ROI
Requirements:
8+ years of experience leading client services or account management in influencer, creative, or digital marketing agencies
Proven record of managing large-scale client portfolios and achieving retention and growth goals
Deep understanding of the US influencer and creator marketing ecosystem
Exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills with senior-level stakeholders, particularly CMOs
Strong commercial acumen and comfort navigating complex contracts and client negotiations
Experience managing and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams
Confident working with performance data and insights to drive strategy and demonstrate ROI
