Job Responsibility:

Oversee and execute business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims, both policy-wise and technology-wise
Facilitate and support senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback
Participate in devising and monitoring of internal governance activities including risk and controls, regulatory controls, audit and regulatory compliance review remediation
Investigate and remediate ad hoc issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
To minimize operational risk, including procedure reviewing and improvement and ensure audit findings are not repeated
To ensure Procedure Manuals are up-to-date and HSBC’s internal requirements and local regulations are strictly adhered to

Requirements:

Strong risk and compliance mindset, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to project-manage, prioritize, and work independently under pressure within a team environment with strong attention to details
Familiarity with Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel and Word
Extensive knowledge of Bank practices, regulatory environment, and investment/derivatives
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
License requirement (prerequisite): 信託業管理人員 (Trust Level 3) and 金融市場常識與職業道德 (Financial Sense and Ethics)
