Job Responsibility

  • Shape and lead the analytic approach, planning and client delivery of insights across client engagements and internal initiatives
  • Oversee reporting and dashboards, data management and quality, advanced measurement approaches, and performance optimization
  • Partner closely with client executives, media planning and activation, strategy, technology, and data science teams
  • Help shape the strategic direction for analytics across clients and internal teams
  • Lead analytics planning, prioritization, and day to day resource allocation
  • Establish and uphold best practices for client analytics delivery, reporting, and data quality
  • Serve as the senior, client-facing analytics lead within account teams
  • Own day-to-day key client relationships for analytics

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, preferably within marketing services, media, or digital organizations
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing analytics teams
  • Deep understanding of the media and marketing ecosystem, including measurement, attribution, and optimization approaches
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of data automation, data modeling, and analytics infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience applying or partnering on AI- and machine learning–driven analytics solutions
  • Strong analytical judgment—able to assess data quality, understand methodological trade-offs, and move from insight to action
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering executive-level narratives
  • Comfort operating in a hands-on capacity, including direct engagement with data, reporting tools, and analytics outputs when needed
