Job Description:

Moburst is looking for a VP of AI to lead and scale the company’s AI vision, strategy, and execution. This is a senior leadership role that requires both strong managerial presence and a hands-on, highly technical mindset. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with authority, capable of “breaking walls,” challenging assumptions, and driving AI initiatives forward while also understanding the business and marketing impact of AI. This role requires someone who can lead through complexity, manage expectations, and prepare teams for real-world challenges, even when that involves friction or tough conversations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and lead Moburst’s AI strategy and execution, from vision and roadmap to real-world implementation
  • Manage the AI&Innovation team and the AI Champions program
  • Act as a hands-on technical leader, actively involved in tool selection, experimentation, prototyping, and implementation
  • Manage expectations across leadership and teams, clearly communicating limitations, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Design, build, and lead an AI Transformation service for clients - positioning AI as a scalable product and strategic offering
  • Bridge the gap between technology, business goals, and marketing strategy, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable impact
  • Continuously monitor AI trends, platforms, and capabilities, translating innovation into practical, actionable solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior AI leadership role (VP AI, Head of AI, Director of AI, or similar)
  • Strong technical background with deep hands-on knowledge of AI systems, LLMs, automation, and data-driven architectures
  • 3 years of Managerial experience
  • Clear ability to combine technical depth with business and marketing understanding
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational AI initiatives that involve ambiguity, resistance, and high expectations
  • Product-oriented mindset – ability to view AI as a product, platform, and service, not just a technology
  • Experience working with clients and delivering AI-driven solutions at scale
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Native-level English – spoken, written, and presentation skills
