• Proactively manage the successful enablement of prioritized AI capabilities
• Proactively manage cross-organizational dependencies, roadblocks, and potential oversights
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure the efficient delivery of requirements, adhering to agreed timelines, standards, policies, frameworks, etc.
• Serve as a credible advisor to stakeholders at all levels to accelerate AI enablement
• Champion proactive PM best practices

• Professional services background highly preferred
• Background in managing programs within a highly regulated environment
• Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques, including Prince2 and Agile
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Consulting background a plus
• Hands-on, organized, and resourceful
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate risks and potential oversights
• Problem solver with the ability to get into the detail to resolve roadblocks
• Self-starter, resilient, and outcome driven
• Proven ability to cultivate key working relationships at all levels and reach consensus despite potentially divergent goals and priorities
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Excellent presentation skills
