Capital Vacations is seeking driven, competitive Sales Representatives (Term Product) to join our Branson team. This role is ideal for high-energy closers who thrive in a fast-paced sales floor environment and know how to identify quality tours, build urgency, and close effectively. This position is not focused on scripted storytelling or lengthy front-end presentations. Instead, we are looking for confident, tactical sellers who can read the room, pivot quickly, overcome objections, and maximize every opportunity at the table.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate tour quality quickly and adapt your sales approach in real time
  • Present and sell Capital Vacations’ Term Product with confidence and professionalism
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales, close percentage, and penetration goals
  • Effectively handle objections and move deals forward with urgency and clarity
  • Partner with T.O.s and Sales Leadership to maximize closing opportunities when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance and sales process guidelines
  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, professionalism, and results

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience preferred
  • timeshare or high-volume sales experience is a plus
  • Strong closing instincts and ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable working in a competitive, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including close %, penetration, and conversion
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to receive and apply feedback quickly
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required in the timeshare industry
