Capital Vacations is hiring driven, competitive Sales Representatives to join our Branson Voyage team. This role is built for high-energy closers who can walk up, build trust fast, and keep momentum—even after hearing “no.” This is a live-floor, face-to-face sales role with warm prospects—not cold calling. There is no required property presentation in this role. You’re not here to give long tours—you’re here to sell.

  • Evaluate tour quality quickly and adapt your approach in real time
  • Present and sell Capital Vacations’ Term Product with confidence and clarity
  • Build fast rapport and guide conversations toward a close
  • Handle objections effectively and recover quickly from setbacks
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales, close %, and penetration goals
  • Partner with T.O.s and Sales Leadership to maximize every opportunity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards
  • Contribute to a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture
