Job Responsibility

  • Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC
  • Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
  • Build the dream of vacation for guests
  • Map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer
  • Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED referred
  • Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
  • Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent customer services kills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule
