Capital Vacations is seeking a high-performing Voyage Sales Manager to lead our Voyage sales team at Silver Lake Resort. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven sales leader who thrives on the floor, excels at T.O.s, and knows how to drive production through coaching, accountability, and leadership by example. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who can quickly assess opportunities, maximize tour potential, and develop sales professionals into top performers. Job Responsibility
Lead and manage the daily performance of the Voyage sales team.
Provide hands-on T.O. support and assist representatives in closing deals.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals through real-time feedback and training.
Drive key performance metrics including close percentage, VPG, penetration, and overall production.
Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and implement action plans to achieve goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and consistent execution.
Review sales reports and performance metrics to monitor trends and drive results.
Partner with site leadership to ensure staffing, training, and operational needs are met.
Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example.
