Job Description:

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program at Marriott International welcomes recent university graduates to experience the career development adventure of a lifetime and a world of leadership opportunities. The program provides a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum. Participants will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a hotel and gain access to senior leaders and coaches. The program is designed to prepare participants for supervisory or entry-level management roles at Marriott.
