Job Description:

This role is pivotal to our success. As a Volvo Sales Executive, you will be the face of Paul Rigby Ltd, providing outstanding customer service while promoting and selling our premium range of Volvo vehicles. You will build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Volvo vehicles effectively
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Volvo products, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain a strong customer database through proactive follow-ups and relationship management
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and aftersales teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participate in dealership events and promotional activities as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, ideally with premium or volume brands
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good understanding of the automotive market and current trends
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
