Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role. Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their car, so it’s crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car
  • Be the key point of contact for customers
  • Deliver first class customer experiences
  • Ensure service is right first time and every time
  • Work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Pride in engaging with customers face-to-face
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A full and valid UK driving licence (will be of benefit)
  • May be asked to attend an assessment centre
