Job Responsibility

Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations in the showroom and via digital platforms
Accompany customers on test drives, clearly demonstrating features and benefits
Support customers throughout their full journey from order to handover
Proactively progress chase sold vehicles through the internal process, liaising with the workshop, preparation centre, and relevant departments to ensure agreed timescales are met
Provide regular and meaningful updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle
