Conduct retailer audits across various Brands. The activities will comprise a combination of onsite physical activities and remote (home based) audits comprising one to 2 day events which will include a review of retailer performance and minimum operating standards. The role will be involved in evaluating Individual Retailer repair orders, workshop and admin procedures during audit visits/remote assessment, evaluating retailer compliance against the Brand Central requirements. Identify and record results in the required systems as per the respective Brands requirements, providing detailed descriptions of findings. Review, coach and develop the Retailer on any shortfalls identified during the audit activity, providing comprehensive actions plans for areas of non-compliance identified to include the required corrective and preventive actions and time plans required to ‘close the gap’ to ensure compliance and follow up on recommendations. Liaise with Retailer management to discuss findings, next steps and handle challenges to ensure the required actions required to improve compliance and/or performance are understood and agreed. Work closely with other auditors on the program to ensure full alignment and consistency of the audit process, interpretation of standards and their requirements and quality of delivery. The incumbent may also be asked to support other duties and responsibilities required to successfully fulfil the role.

Requirements:
Multi-lingual French and English for Canada
Experience within Automotive sector
Strong understanding of retailer business operations, management, operational, customer and performance improvement processes
Must be credible and demonstrate a professional and positive approach
Must be self-managed and able to work on own initiative to organise workload and ensure activities are delivered in accordance with objectives and targets
A skilled coach and negotiator to handle challenges and secure ‘win:win’ outcomes
Ability to interpret, analyse data and information from variable sources
Must be customer focus and have extensive automotive knowledge & experience
