Plays a key role in delivering the volunteer programme across all venues, projects and Host Cities, supporting strong coordination and communication with stakeholders such as National Associations and local partners
Works closely with the Volunteer Recruitment Manager to ensure the programme is delivered to a high standard and meets the needs of the tournament
Contributes to the promotion of the volunteer programme, helping to drive high application numbers through engaging content and campaigns
Supports the development of training, content and resources, helping venue teams deliver a consistent and high-quality volunteer experience
Works collaboratively with other projects to ensure volunteers are smoothly integrated into all areas of tournament delivery
Supports the Volunteer Systems Manager in the use of volunteer systems by becoming an expert in it and supporting with training and guidance
Supports the delivery of key volunteer events, including training sessions, briefings and thank you events
Contributes to post-event evaluation and learning, supporting feedback collection and helping shape future volunteer legacy
Requirements:
Strong experience coordinating complex, high-volume administrative processes end to end
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
A genuine interest in working with volunteers, their needs and motivations
Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
