Job Description

We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to support our growing e‑commerce operation. In this role, you will utilise your skills to assist with creating clothing mystery bags, listing items on vinted and occasionally help sort through donated books. We ask you to commit to at least one regular half-day weekly session.

Job Responsibility

  • Sort through clothing stock to curate and create exciting Mystery Bags and review old DVDs and media items
  • Assist in identifying and removing older stock to keep inventory fresh
  • Keep the e-commerce work area neat, tidy, and organised
  • Photographing and creating listings for Vinted
  • Ensuring product descriptions include measurements, sizing, and condition
  • Researching approximate pricing for clothing, books, media, or miscellaneous items
  • Supporting with the organisation of donated books
