Job Description:

As a Volunteer Community Ambassador, you will support seniors who face challenges such as complex medication schedules, forgetfulness, and limited digital literacy. Your role is to help seniors learn how to use Pillfolio in a compassionate, simple, and supportive way. This role is strictly non-clinical and non-commercial. Volunteers do not provide medical advice, promote sales, or replace healthcare professionals. The focus is limited to app education, basic setup assistance, and community support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Introduce seniors to the Pillfolio medication reminder app
  • Explain how the app works in simple, easy-to-understand language
  • Help seniors install and set up the app (in person or virtually)
  • Answer basic, non-clinical questions and guide users to support resources
  • Share feedback with the Firerix team to help improve the app experience

Requirements:

  • Comfortable using smartphones or tablets
  • Interested in helping seniors and improving health outcomes
  • Respectful of privacy and confidentiality
