Job Responsibility

Carry out clearance of void properties, removing unwanted furniture, rubbish, and items left behind
Perform deep cleaning of empty properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and hallways
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitise surfaces to ensure properties meet lettable standards
Dispose of waste responsibly in line with company procedures and environmental guidelines
Identify and report any repairs, damages, or maintenance issues to the relevant team
Work alongside maintenance and housing teams to ensure properties are turned around efficiently
Use cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
Follow all health and safety procedures when carrying out duties
