Voice Test Engineer With Cyara

• Design, develop, and execute automated IVR and voice channel test scripts using the Cyara platform
• Validate customer journeys and call flows through test automation for both inbound and outbound contact center solutions
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements and system specifications
• Analyze results, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolution
• Monitor and maintain test environments and data integrity
• Generate test reports, track metrics, and provide updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with QA teams, system engineers, and business users to ensure complete test coverage and solution quality

• Overall IT experience: 7-10 Years
• 4+ years of experience in QA Testing
• 1-2 years of hands-on Cyara test automation experience
• Strong understanding of IVR systems, SIP, telephony environments, and contact center flows
• Experience in building automated call flows and testing audio quality, DTMF, and voice prompts
• Experience working with Genesys, Avaya, or other contact center platforms
• Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for custom test scenarios
• Knowledge of SIP protocol analysis and voice quality testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis

Cyara certifications or formal training is a plus
