Job Responsibility

  • Plan and deliver a training programme that ensures a robust ILP and regular review of learner progress
  • Ensure all learner records and reporting are kept up to date and provided in a timely manner to support management reporting and audit requirements
  • Deliver teaching of any essential skills qualifications required by apprentices as part of your caseload, providing meaningful and specific feedback to learners to support progression
  • Support a cohort of Apprentices enrolled on the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Gym Instructing and Level 3 Apprenticeship in Personal Training
  • Manage learner caseload from recruitment, sign-up, induction, teaching, learning, assessment and submission
  • Deliver training and reviews to learners across a range of employers in Wales
  • Excellent ability to build and develop professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Provide robust exit advice to learners as they set personal goals for career progression
  • Facilitate learning and adhere to the standards of the apprenticeship programme
  • Deliver balanced KPI's in line with company expectations
  • Generate leads and recruit apprentices from employers within your target locations
  • Operate within the delivery framework to maintain operational consistency and ensure learner progress
  • Ensure all learners receive the highest quality experience
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with business support teams
  • Participate in quality assurance activities
  • Drive self-generation across the area you operate within
