We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Five Wells, working as a Vocational Curriculum Manager. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
  • Degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
  • Experience of implementing continuous quality assurance procedures
  • Experience of successful partnership working
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and enthuse teams
  • Organisational skills to prioritise workload to meet challenging deadlines and targets
  • Analysing trends and identifying impact on curriculum
  • IT Skills
