Job Description:

VOC Communication Expert role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focusing on survey design, data analysis, and communication to drive customer and partner experience improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Survey Design and Planning
Project Management
Data collection & Analysis
Reporting and Actionable insights
Stakeholder Communication
Quality Assurance and Continuous improvement
Language proficiency and communication expertise

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experienced in corporate policies, markets and processes
Min. 2 years of relevant experience in surveys
Knowledge of survey programming platforms (Qualtrics or other)
Knowledge on integration of survey tools and other tools like SFDC, SQL using API and JSON
Effective communication - Excellent in verbal and written communication
Strong analytical aptitude problem solving, logical reasoning
Knowledge of languages: HTML & JavaScript etc.
Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options
Strong knowledge in data analytics and reporting out insights

Nice to have:

Knowledge on integration of survey tools and other tools like SFDC, SQL using API and JSON
Knowledge of languages: HTML & JavaScript etc.
