Job Description:

We are looking for a VMWare Engineer to join the Sopra Steria Polska team and contribute to a project for a leading French telecommunications company. Tech stack on the project: Cisco UCS; VMware and its products, including vCenter, vRA, vRO, vROps (supervision), vRLI, vRN, NSX-T; OpenShift (Red Hat); Pure Storage; NetApp; Rubrik.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operations (RUN): Handling incidents, including opening and tracking tickets with suppliers (Stordata, Broadcom, Red Hat), analyzing incidents after resolution, and handling requests
  • Projects: Carrying out interventions within projects, tracking project progress, and preparing actions within our initiatives
  • On-call duties outside business hours

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the French language (min B1)
  • Knowledge of VMware
  • Knowledge of OpenShift, Pure Storage, or NetApp will be an additional advantage
  • Openness to development and willingness to learn new technologies
