Job Description

As a Technology Project Manager, you will be a vital member of our Technology Services Chapter. We operate using a unique Squad-based methodology—scalable, agile teams consisting of business analysts and data experts working together to deliver practical technology solutions for our MSP and RPO programs. You won't just be resolving issues; you will be driving continuous improvement and optimization across our entire technology stack.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Advisory: Guide managers and internal customers on applying tech procedures, signalling emerging developments within the mid-market level tech landscape
  • Technical Workstream Delivery: Lead the implementation of products and services, translating complex customer demands into functional technical solutions
  • Project Assurance: Provide oversight for workstreams within your chapter, acting as the primary point of escalation and ensuring 'excellent execution' at every stage
  • Data & Insights: Produce and review complex reports and presentations. You will maintain data sets to ensure quality, highlighting discrepancies and recommending proactive improvements to data management processes
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technology vendors (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, etc.), account teams, and internal/external project stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify patterns and insights to conceptualize strategic direction and identify opportunities for organizational performance

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent professional intellectual ability
  • 3+ years of experience within the MSP or RPO industry
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with key technology providers (VMS, CRM, ATS)
  • Proven experience in a matrix organization and a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Experience in stakeholder management

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and Monday.com (preferred)
  • Expertise in reporting tools and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
