Job Description:

This role is an initial 3 month fixed-term contract opportunity that requires an immediate start. The role requires a VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) or ISP (Integrated Supply Planner) professional to support inventory management for a key customer. Based in the CBD, the role sits within an established team of VMIs and works closely with a senior supply chain leader to ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing replenishment activities
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure service levels are consistently met

Requirements:

  • Full NZ working rights
  • Hands-on experience in VMI or integrated supply planning OR broader supply chain experience with exceptional proactive communication skills
  • Confident working with ERP systems and Excel
  • Comfortable analysing data
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
