This role is an initial 3 month fixed-term contract opportunity that requires an immediate start. The role requires a VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) or ISP (Integrated Supply Planner) professional to support inventory management for a key customer. Based in the CBD, the role sits within an established team of VMIs and works closely with a senior supply chain leader to ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and customers.
Job Responsibility:
Managing replenishment activities
Maintaining optimal inventory levels
Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure service levels are consistently met
Requirements:
Full NZ working rights
Hands-on experience in VMI or integrated supply planning OR broader supply chain experience with exceptional proactive communication skills
Confident working with ERP systems and Excel
Comfortable analysing data
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
