Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising to serve as our National VM Team Leader. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's in-store visual identity across the country, leading a dedicated national VM team responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of visual strategies. Reporting to the Associate Director of Retail Marketing, you will sit within a comprehensive department matrix that encompasses Visual Merchandising , Retail Marketing, Store Design, and Project Management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our rapid retail expansion is supported by premium, highly impactful visual presentations that elevate the consumer journey.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, nationwide visual merchandising strategies, ensuring a seamless loop from seasonal conceptualization to flawless in-store execution
  • Tailor and deploy differentiated VM guidelines and display strategies
  • Spearhead visual merchandising support for the brand's aggressive nationwide store expansion, establishing premium visual standards for all new openings
  • Oversee the visual operations and localized spatial arrangements for large-format retail spaces and regional flagship stores, ensuring maximum commercial and aesthetic impact
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated national VM team, elevating their professional capabilities in spatial planning, styling, and daily on-site execution
  • Optimize team workflows and resource allocation to ensure high-quality visual deliverables amidst a fast-paced environment of continuous new store openings
  • Partner closely with Retail Marketing, Store Design, and Project Management teams to ensure that in-store visual presentations, spatial layouts, and marketing campaigns are highly unified

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in visual merchandising within the sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully managing and developing a national or large-regional VM team
  • Significant experience overseeing visual strategies and spatial planning for large-format retail spaces or regional flagship stores
  • Strong understanding of the visual and operational nuances between direct retail and wholesale channels
