It manages daily catalog operations through business processes and project management activities. The role collaborates with technology partners to align product catalog and user interface requirements. The work ensures consistent product information availability, impacting organizational efficiency and customer experience.
Job Responsibility
Manage intake, feasibility, and triage of change requests to ensure effective cross-functional communication and process adherence
Conduct business analysis and execute device and accessory launches, pricing, promotions, and product specification updates
Participate in staging and production validations while communicating deployment schedules and catalog freeze dates
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify internal processes, tools, and deliverables for operational efficiency
Compile key metrics and produce daily reports to support informed decision-making and operational transparency
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent

At least 18 years of age
