Job Description
In this role you will take ownership of the Microsoft Viva Insights data environment, ensuring the delivery of accurate, consistent, and high-quality organisational data within a complex enterprise setting. You will manage data cleansing processes, oversee data ingestion through systems such as Microsoft Admin Centre (MAC) and MODIS, and continuously monitor and improve data quality standards. You will maintain field attributes, ensuring clear definitions and metadata governance, while performing core Viva Insights administration activities, including data uploads, validation, organisational hierarchy configuration, and access management. You will ensure that all data is well-structured, trusted, and aligned to governance standards, enabling reliable collaboration insights and reporting for senior leadership and HR analytics teams. You will design, manage, and optimise end-to-end data pipelines that integrate Viva Insights with employee survey platforms, HR systems, and other enterprise data sources, supporting advanced analytics and strategic programmes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Organisational Effectiveness, Culture & Behaviour, and Data Science, translating business requirements into robust data solutions. You will implement and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring access controls, data security, and compliance with audit requirements. By enabling seamless access to high-quality data, you will support stakeholders in generating meaningful insights that drive organisational effectiveness and informed decision-making.
