Job Responsibility:
Ensures that stores comply with visual standards
Trains and guides related store personnel in visual retailing
Defines campaign areas at store level and develops strategies tailored to each store’s needs and targets
Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to prepare campaign content and materials
Ensures coordinated execution of campaigns with Store Managers, the VM team, and Sales teams
Provides guidance on product selection, promotions, and visual arrangements to support campaign targets
Analyzes underperforming categories in-store and shares insights with the VM field team
Monitors campaign processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and updates campaign content in collaboration with stores and the VM field team, including customer-feedback-based adjustments
Develops local and regional strategies to ensure efficient use of campaign areas in stores
Tracks, analyzes, and reports campaign performance through regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reviews and conducts store-level evaluations to drive continuous improvement
Prepares visual layouts, interior design elements, and sales floor plans related to campaigns
Guides stores to ensure campaign presentations align with visual standards and proposes visual solutions that enhance customer engagement
Provides training to store, sales, and VM field teams on campaign content and objectives
resolves issues encountered during execution
Conducts post-campaign analysis to assess successes and development areas, offering data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
Ensures alignment between campaigns and product stock/sales planning, overseeing accurate stocking and presentation of products in stores
Aligns physical store campaigns with digital and social media initiatives, ensuring consistent execution in the field
Defines campaign areas prior to each season and establishes a plug-and-play structure, designing store-specific implementations accordingly
Determines and executes campaign areas during store openings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years dedicated VM experience
Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
