VM COORDINATOR At Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (VI) we are looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to be placed within our Visual Merchandising Department. The main focus of this role, who will report to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager, is to ensure that all regions execute global VM guidelines while adapting to local needs and commercial priorities.
Job Responsibility
Ensure consistent execution of global VM guidelines across USA, Greater China & APAC and Distributors adapting to local market needs
Oversee window displays, in-store VM and seasonal styling with a strong focus on Hero Stores
Implement HQ directives and deliver seasonal VM training and onboarding
Conduct regional store visits for VM coaching and brand standard compliance
Partner closely with HQ teams (Merchandising, Go-to-Market, T&R) for ongoing alignment
Manage VM feedback, reporting and StoreIQ task completion
Support store openings end-to-end (floor plans, VM tools, installation, photo standards)
Oversee VM activities across the global franchise network
Coordinate HQ and local showroom setups (creative concept, layout, POP, installation)
Provide global VM feedback post-showroom installations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising
Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail
understanding the importance of visual execution and standards
Retail-focused experience, possibly in the Fashion Industry
Great passion for the fashion world, awareness of the market and trends with the ability to generate new ideas
Determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to propose ideas, problem solving and teamwork
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
the knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
