Visual Merchandising Co-worker

• Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing
• Planning and providing home furnishing solutions
• Demonstrating uniqueness of IKEA product range through visual merchandising techniques
• Engaging others through ability to visualise and present commercial ideas
• Working with new and unique display concepts
• Constantly moving in the store to implement tasks

• Design qualification with some experience
• Equivalent years of professional visual merchandising experience
• Experience with programs such as REVIT and/or Sketch Up is preferred
• Creative thinker with commercial visual competence and keen eye for aesthetics
• Practical and hands-on individual with proven ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
