Requirements
Formally qualified in design, with demonstrated experience in a relevant creative field
Passionate about implementing ideas from concept to reality, with a practical, hands-on approach and ability to work comfortably with tools and at heights
Curious and driven to understand people’s life at home, retail trends and customer behaviour
A creative thinker with strong commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics
Experienced working in a fast-paced retail environment with the ability to meet deadlines
Confident in communication and collaboration with a range of stakeholders
Strong digital capability, including Microsoft Office applications and design tools such Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar programs
