Job Responsibility:
Oversee retail network projects, including new openings, relocations, extensions, and pop-up stores
Execute and update visual displays for new product launches and seasonal themes
Develop local VM strategies in alignment with HQ VM guidelines
Coordinate store visit schedules based on MD delivery timelines and store operational needs
Provide regular display guidelines to ensure consistent and flexible VM execution across stores
Ensure all stores maintain brand VM standards and elevate presentation quality
Support store openings and ad-hoc VM projects as needed
Document VM executions through photography and share results with HQ and store teams
Request seasonal VM guidelines from HQ in advance of major display updates
Collaborate with MD to determine SKU requirements for display planning
Plan opening SKUs for new store openings and support floor zoning with commercial considerations
Manage weekly alignment meetings with the HQ VM Team to review guidelines, feedback, and seasonal directions
Attend annual VM Training Camp hosted by HQ and share learnings with the Korea VM team and stores
Set up and coordinate Styling Class event displays, ensuring alignment with brand VM standards
Support department store PSR (Personal Shopping Room) display setup, maintaining premium brand presentation
Manage all VM props orders, including forecasting and procurement
Track all VM fixture and prop production, delivery, and installation schedules
Distribute new HQ props to stores and provide guidelines for usage and maintenance
Conduct regular props inventory checks in collaboration with store teams
Work closely with Store Managers to monitor and analyze VM-related sales performance
Provide insights to support improved product presentation and commercial results
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Fashion, Design, or related Art major
Minimum 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within Fashion or Consumer Goods industry
Strong aesthetic sense and qualitative VM skills
Solid understanding of fashion fundamentals within the luxury and premium market
Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
