Job Description:

The role focuses on positioning IKEA as a home furnishing leader, providing customers with solutions for improving their home, and leading a team to implement store strategies and visual merchandising practices.

Job Responsibility:

Positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing
providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people's life at home
securing the use of the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement strategies throughout the store
recruiting, developing, and leading the team.

Requirements:

Education in visual merchandising or industrial design
experience of working as a visual merchandiser
experience leading teams
knowledge and experience using design tools (Revit) - preferred factor
ability to inspire, motivate and engage people to reach set goals and generate growth
continual pursuit of new opportunities for improvement
ability to challenge yourself and your team to strengthen the IKEA Brand and exceed customer expectations.

Nice to have:

Knowledge and experience using design tools (Revit).
