Job Description:

Present the IKEA home furnishing offer; Lead Visual Merchandising/Activity Co-workers; Commercial range presentation solutions using global tools.

Job Responsibility:

Present and communicate the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors’ expectations
Lead a team of Visual Merchandising/Activity Co-workers in creating relevant, inspiring, affordable and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect a wide variety of styles, price levels, meet many individual tastes and exceed visitor's expectations
Use the layout as a commercial tool and execute range presentation solutions with high quality, simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency by applying national directions and using global tools and best practices.

Requirements:

You love customers, range presentation solutions that improve people’s life at home and exceed visitors' shopping experience
You are passionate about working in a fast-paced, future-oriented retailing, home furnishing, design and how people live at home
You have experience in working as a visual merchandiser, possess a design-based education, have proven success in managing and leading creative processes and visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
