Job Responsibility
Use visual merchandising competence to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation
Work together with the Comm&In team and other functions in identifying commercial opportunities and understanding the impact of actions on the financial results
Ensure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness in planning and implementation of all range presentation solutions using global tools, proven solutions and IKEA best practices
Requirements
At least 3 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably gained from the home furnishing industry
Knowledgeable of trends that influence home furnishing and retailing in the Philippines
Familiar with range presentation & home furnishing the IKEA way (layout as a commercial tool, store media, display techniques)
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with others in various situations
