Job Description:

IKEA seeks temporary Visual Merchandisers to join their Oslo team with potential for a permanent role. The position involves creating inspiring environments, building displays, collaborating, and using commercial, aesthetic, and practical skills. Flexibility and good communication are essential.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and executing how our stores look, including layout and proper use of display techniques
Building and assembling displays and store furnishings
Adjustments and re-prioritizations often needed
Ensuring displays highlight the season and present IKEA as an expert in home furnishing

Requirements:

Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic, and practical skills
Preferably previous experience as a visual merchandiser or simular
Education in Retail Design or simular
Ability to generate, visualize, and present new ideas
Confidence to approach and communicate clearly with different people in various situations
Great English skills and strong communicative skills influencing stakeholders to achieve common goals
