Job Description:

To create inspiring store solutions, increase vitality, and translate knowledge about consumer buying behavior, store layout, and range presentation into impactful solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Use visual merchandising competence to strengthen the IKEA identity in range presentation solutions
optimize store layout
develop and implement efficient and effective store communication
support self-choice and self-serve
learn and understand customer needs and shopping behavior
create visual impact in all commercial areas
work with other functions on commercial calendar activities
use the media to ensure vitality in and outside the store
work with Interior Designer and Graphic Communication to ensure consistency in communication.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years working experience as visual merchandiser from retail companies or industrial design education qualification
able to plan, present, and implement the range
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
can speak and understand English
good analytical skill
can prioritize and organize work and the work of others to make efficient use of time.
