Job Description:

Position involves securing commercial and inspiring store solutions, planning and executing visual presentations, driving commercial strategies, and leading a team of visual merchandisers. Includes collaboration with other functions such as sales and logistics. Requires creativity, leadership skills, and a drive to innovate.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to store solutions to secure an excellent buying experience for IKEA customers
plan and execute strong visual presentations
drive commercial calendar, shop design and planning
secure drawings, planning processes, timelines, and budgets
develop and lead team through togetherness, encouragement, and good communication
collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Experience teams
coach and develop a team of visual merchandisers

previous leadership experience in retail business or as a visual merchandiser
