To maintain (and adapt) the Global Brand identity of adidas at the retail level in Vietnam
Coordinate and manage suppliers for the implementation of various facets of visual merchandising (fixtures / fittings, point of sale material, signage etc.)
Campaign set up, quality checking of graphics, POS material, signage etc.
New retail point development and old store renovations / adaptation to ASPA
To work out Monthly VM plans (in coordination with product management / communication) and monitor implementation, compliance, tracking and reporting
Implementation of all adidas Brand Concepts at retail level and evaluating their impact from a brand and sales POV
Quality of presence at Franchisee/SIS stores / key accounts and ‘A’ class TC’s
Act as the ‘hub’ for all VM training material from adidas region / global
Keep track and adapt for brand adidas any and all new Print / POS initiatives / technologies available in the market locally or regionally
Monitoring implementation of the retail enhancement program at the ground level
Train the shop SPBs/SPGs on the general and detail VMD plan
Provides written and photo documentation on a project basis
Updates imagery monthly for windows, in-store displays, etc.
Requirements:
Preferably 2+ years experience in retail/visual merchandising
