Job Description:

Are you a creative specialist with the ability to transform spaces? Join IKEA as a Visual Merchandiser to turn ordinary displays into unforgettable experiences while leveraging design software and collaborating with teams to implement inspiring solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Use visual merchandising skills to showcase the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation solutions
work with store layout, range presentation, and vitality
understand the local market to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable, and commercial range presentation solutions
collaborate with the Com&In team and other functions and act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities
understand the impact of actions on financial results
work with the commercial calendar to implement range changes

Requirements:

Experience working as a Visual Merchandiser in retail
working knowledge in design software such as Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
interest in home furnishings, design and how people live
ability to generate new ideas to inspire customers
practical approach and comfort working with various hand tools and at heights
collaborative approach encouraging feedback from stakeholders and taking relevant actions
