We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Merchandiser and activity co-worker to join our team. If you love design, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and want to inspire customers while creating engaging retail environments that drive sales and improve everyday life, this is your opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Design inspiring in-store presentations that create a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Keep visual displays fresh and relevant by applying insights into customer behavior, the store layout, merchandising techniques, and the local market
  • Plan, implement, and maintain all visual merchandising solutions throughout the store
  • Bring design concepts to life on the sales floor, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with our international concept
  • Collaborate daily with skilled interior design and visual merchandising professionals
  • Create displays that spark excitement and inspire customers to explore home décor ideas

Requirements

  • A strong sense of style and design, with the ability to create visually appealing displays
  • Experience in visual merchandising or similar retail work
  • Skills in design software like Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Proficient communication skills in Finnish and/or English, enabling clear and effective interaction with stakeholders and clients in a diverse work environment
  • Ability to work well with others and manage tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally for work and/or projects
  • Experience in working with clients and teams to create successful projects
