An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Visual Merchandise Supervisor to join our Leeds Flagship store and play a key role in its continued success. Whether it’s prepping the shop floor to our brand guidelines, collaborating with head office visual merchandising teams, or coaching your team on brand presentation standards, with Frasers Group, no two days are ever the same. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee the visual merchandising team and work closely with Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, driving brand presentation excellence and contributing to the store’s commercial success.
Job Responsibility:
Driving the commercial success of the store through impactful visual merchandising
Identify key visual and commercial opportunities in line with current trends and customer insights to enhance store performance
Oversee the implementation of strategic visual merchandising plans to achieve departmental goals and brand standards
Analyse store performance data and customer feedback to make informed merchandising decisions that drive footfall and sales
Take ownership of the daily execution of visual standards
Lead and inspire your store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Collaborate closely with Store Management and retail teams to align visual initiatives with sales priorities and store operations
Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Display exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
Support the store manager in driving the team's personal development and progression

Train, coach, and upskill the sales team to maximise opportunities for future progression within the business
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Use business communication tools to drive the completion of tasks and ensure your team understands all key functions
Support the store manager to drive performance in line with retail priorities to meet business objectives
Support the store manager in monitoring and achieving store-level KPIs, including sales targets, company incentives, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Ensure wage controls are met weekly and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively
Demonstrate resilience to operational challenges, making effective decisions to drive solutions
Control stock movement, support with the execution of accurate store audits, and implement visual standards according to the company guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
At least 3+ years’ experience in visual merchandising or a product-focused role
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic retail environment
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results
Excellent product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising standards, stock control, and loss prevention
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
