Job Description:

As Visual Merchandising Co-worker your responsibilities will include contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market, providing home furnishing solutions, demonstrating the uniqueness of the IKEA product range, designing and optimising store layouts, planning and implementing range presentation solutions, and collaborating with key stakeholders across departments.

Job Responsibility:

Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market
Providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people's life at home
Demonstrating the uniqueness of the IKEA product range, using visual merchandising to tell compelling stories that inspire and engage customers
Designing and optimising store layouts to create a seamless and intuitive customer journey
Planning and implementing range presentation solutions aligned with the IKEA brand identity
Collaborating with key stakeholders across departments to ensure that range presentation and layout solutions are commercially effective

Requirements:

Passionate about implementing designs from a sketch into reality
Practical and hands-on individual with proven time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Adaptable and open to change
Curious and driven to understand home furnishing
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or similar space planning software
Proficient in Microsoft office
Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Visual merchandising/related design field
Comfortable working at heights
Strong commitment to safety
