At least 10 years in senior creative or design leadership roles within consultancy, developer, or corporate real estate environments

Job Responsibility

Set the vision and standard for creative quality across all JLL Design projects and pitches in APAC
Provide hands-on concept development, storytelling, and visual direction for high-value opportunities
Mentor and develop design leaders and talent across the region
Champion a culture of design innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner with PDS Sales, Solutions Development, and Client Leaders to win strategic Design and Design & Build (D&B) projects
Lead or play a central role in high-stakes bids, delivering compelling design narratives and concepts
Identify and unlock upselling opportunities within existing client accounts
Represent JLL Design externally through thought leadership, events, and industry engagement

10+ years experience in a strategic brand partnerships role
Ability to generate innovative brand partnerships proposals that place insight at the heart
Excellent presentation and communication skills
