Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. This role is ideal for a creative individual who excels in designing visually compelling content and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to shape brand identities through innovative designs and presentations.

Job Responsibility:

Design visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Create advertisements and digital content that align with brand standards and enhance brand awareness
Develop presentation decks and prepare visually engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Utilize AutoCAD to develop technical drawings and designs for various projects
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure designs meet project goals and deadlines
Apply AP Style guidelines to ensure consistency in design and written content
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with target audiences
Adapt designs to suit various platforms, both digital and print
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into design processes
Conduct research and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of visual communication strategies

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Experience with AutoCAD and technical drawing for design projects
Strong understanding of brand awareness and the ability to create designs that reflect brand identity
Familiarity with AP Style guidelines to maintain consistency in design and written content
Proven ability to create advertisements and digital content for diverse platforms
Expertise in preparing presentation decks and visually compelling materials
Solid knowledge of both digital and print design principles
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
