We’re looking for a highly creative and diligent Visual Designer to join the creative team. In this role, you will produce video creatives for marketing initiatives across our game portfolio and social media‑based advertising.
Job Responsibility:
Develop engaging and highly polished marketing creatives in partnership with the Creative Manager and Lead Designers
Enhance and refine existing concepts, ensuring all assets are polished, visually striking, and performance‑ready
Design original campaign assets across multiple game titles using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and a variety of AI resources
Create compelling visual concepts and motion‑forward ideas that engage users and stand out across paid channels and our social pages
Collaborate cross-functionally with art teams, the growth team, and game operations to ensure creative alignment
Translate feedback into actionable design improvements, balancing creative ambition with performance insights
Run and prioritise multiple time‑sensitive projects in a fast paced, iterative environment
Participate in brainstorms, conceptualisation sessions, and creative reviews to elevate the overall quality of the team’s output
Apply data‑driven thinking by aligning with our A/B testing methodologies to optimise creative performance
Rapidly mock up and prototype new concepts, exploring emerging techniques, styles, and tools
Iterate quickly based on user behaviour insights, design trends, and platform standards
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in motion graphics
Strong understanding of graphic design principles including composition, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Highly proficient in Photoshop and After Effects
Familiarity with AE third‑party plugins (e.g., Trapcode, Universe, Saber)
Experience with AI creative tools
Experience with 3D modelling and/or 3D animation is a significant plus
Ability to produce creatives optimized for mobile‑first and hard‑working environments
Outstanding ability to recognize and build compelling visual style, storytelling, and detail
Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into thoughtful, intelligent design solutions
Confidence working in a flexible, fast‑paced, and high‑performing team environment
Strong ability to take and apply constructive feedback
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Outstanding time‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Comfortable collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners
Professional level of English
