We are looking for a Visual Designer with strong UI, graphic, and motion design expertise to lead visual execution for our consumer-facing app. The ideal candidate will craft high-quality homepage creatives, seasonal/event campaigns, micro-interactions, and interactive prototypes, while also bringing interfaces to life through motion and Lottie animations. This role requires a strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams.
Job Responsibility:
Design visually compelling homepage creatives, banners, and seasonal/event-based assets for the consumer app
Create polished UI visuals aligned with brand and product guidelines
Design and prototype micro-interactions and UI animations to enhance user experience
Develop motion graphics and Lottie animations using After Effects
Build interactive high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent
Maintain and evolve the visual design system and UI patterns
Mentor junior designers and provide visual direction and feedback
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless execution
Ensure design quality, consistency, and scalability across platforms
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or graphic design for digital products
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, visual systems, and motion/interaction work
Expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects for UI motion and Lottie animations
Experience creating Lottie files optimized for mobile and web
Solid understanding of micro-interactions, transitions, and motion principles
Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and composition
Experience working on consumer-facing mobile apps or web products
Ability to translate concepts into pixel-perfect designs
