Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Visual Designer & Webflow Developer with 2–4 years of experience to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This role focuses on creating high‑impact visual assets, compelling presentations, and consistent brand communication across digital and sales channels, while also contributing to Webflow‑based website development and updates. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling skills with a good eye for design, branding, and usability.

Job Responsibility

  • Design marketing creatives for social media campaigns, product announcements, and digital promotions
  • Develop sales enablement assets including capability decks, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collateral
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for marketing, leadership, and client storytelling
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales assets
  • Support campaign visuals, event branding, banners, and promotional materials
  • Convert complex concepts and data into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs
  • Work on Webflow development, including website updates and visual enhancements (UX knowledge is a plus)
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and business teams to deliver high‑quality creative outputs
  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines and quality expectations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Visual Design / Digital Creative Design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation design skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Webflow development
  • Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high design standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to have

  • Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and responsive design principles
  • Experience creating designs for events, campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts related to Webflow customization
  • Experience working with marketing or brand teams in a B2B or SaaS environment
